Electric Tongue Jack Empty Electric Tongue Jack

We had a quote given to us for $360.00 to install a electric tongue jack on our jayco 32bhds when we go for orientation and pick up of our trailer. Is it cheaper to buy one and install it ourselves? If yes, what kind is good and is it hard to install?

I bought an Ultrafab 3500 lb unit for $118 on Ebay from a dealer and installed it in 20 minutes with two wrenches on my 322FKS.

I would find doing it myself as a better deal. You must make that decision for your own situation and abilities.

Intalling one is simple. I bought an Atwood off of ebay. Been out once since installing it and it is worth its weight in gold.
