I recently bought a 2013 JAYCO 26.5 RKS HD. On return from our first trip the weather unexpectedly turned cold and the temp got down to 20 degrees. Much to our surprise our water lines froze up in spite of the fact that we were plugged into electric and left the furnace run all night.
Per Jayco's advertisement catalog "Extend your camping season. Offering weather protection against extreme temperatures (as low as 0° F or as high as 100° F), the Climate Shield combines the industry’s most-protected underbelly with the class’s highest-BTU output furnace. The enclosed underbelly, tucked and foamed inside the I-beam rails, features blown heat for the ultimate four-season camping experience."
Has anyone else experienced a problem with their water lines freezing?
