eagle 325bhs kitchen table wobble

Bought a new left over 2007 eagle 325bhs last fall. Only had a chance to use it twice last fall. Loved it especially with a 3 year old and a 18 month old. Problem is that our kitchen table is held up with 2 aluminum tubes and is very unstable. (wobbles) For small children with cups of milk or juice it is a disaster to say the least. Has any body done anything to theirs to fix this. I really don't want to fasten it to the wall for I may sometime want to use fold it down into a bed.

if it is a new leftover i would imagine it's under warranty have the dealer take a look

yes it is still under warranty but i do think it is the nature of the beast, just thought someone would have a "fix"

I would try wrapping some duct tape on the tubes where they slide into the floor to tighten it up

My tubes on my Eagle had some rock to them also, what I noticed is the tube bottoms out on the carpet and does not fully engage in the floor mount. I removed my two floor mounts and shimmed them up with a couple of washers on each screw, it did not eliminate the rock improved it quite a bit

I will check that when I get it out of storage, seems like a better answer than "duct tape"

We have a 2007 with the same issue, not much I can do. On a good note though, when we were looking around at the RV show we noticed that the 2008 and newer models have replaced the tubes with a much better system!
