lubrication Empty lubrication

What does everybody use to lubricate their tongue jack and hitch ball latch? Also what do you use to lubricate your stabilizer jacks? And while were on the subject what grease do you use for your bearings? I have the Dexter E-Z lube. Thanks for any input.
