Slide Problems

Am taking the 322FKS back on July 16th for noise and problems in both slides. I get the normal bump bump bump when retracting the slide and if it goes out will get the exact same noise when it is at the end of travel. However, I have been having a light clicking noise when trying to extend either slide and then no movement. If I then take the slide and try to retract a couple of times, just hearing the bumping, I can then extend with the normal actions.

My guess is the stops are wrong on the retract end but since it is still under warranty I will let them deal with it.
