Window leak Jayco 19h

Post  jf44 on Thu Apr 16, 2009 8:32 pm

Left side window leak, 2nd owner, called local dealer, they siad warranty
may not cover caulk or seal. Took to dealer, they called Jayco, Jayco will
repair and also replace wall under window, all for free. Old seal had a gap
at top where was leaking had to be from factory. Pockets inside under
window on wall where had been leaking, previous owner must have been blind. lol

Makes you think. You aren't the original owner and "don't" have a warranty but they take care of it. that doesn't happen much anymore in other industries. Glad they are taking care of you!

I think this is the #1 reason what makes Jayco the company they are today. IMO, they don’t build a superior rig. They have superior customer service.
