Did you purchase the "Equal-i-zer" brand WD hitch, or a standard WD hitch with spring bars?

Assuming that it is the Equal-i-zer brand WD hitch with integrated sway control, IMO you will like the enhanced handling and control of your TT that it will provide. I presently have the Reese WD w/HP Dual Cams, but feel the Equal-i-zer brand provides similar performance.

Ideally you want your TV/TT "loaded" as it would be for a camping trip when installing and adjusting any WD hitch system. If this is not to be the case when you have yours installed, make sure you understand the WD system (impact of weight transfer, etc.) and how to make any future adjustments if required. Setup should take place with your TV/TT straight, and on a flat surface. Also insure that your dealer has sized the Equal-i-zer WD to meet your potential (or known) "loaded" TT tongue weight, and make sure you are provided with all the documentation that came with hitch.

Proper WD adjustment and sizing makes all the difference in the world when it comes to having an enjoyable tow.

Yes this is the equal-i-zer brand WD hitch. They are suppling it so they should have all the doucmentation. I will mention it to them to not forget about the extra weight after we put our stuff in.
