2009 awnings

We have a 2009 Jay Flight 28BHS. We are having an issue with the awning seeming to stretch (very puckered when we roll it). Upon comparison with other Jaycos from previous years, we discovered that the awning looks different. Does anyone else have a 2009 with awning issues????

I will be asking the dealer when I take it in to have the seat of the couch replaced (they have it on order), but I just wonder if this was a problem with a change in production???
